The Birthday Club portfolio was published in 2019 in a limited edition of 6. Each 16 x 20” photograph was printed and signed by the artist in 2019, with the exception of Jennette William’s image, which was printed by The Birthday Club. The box was produced by Culpeck & Clark, Ltd.

Folio Editions have been acquired by institutional collections: MoCP, the Museum of Contemporary Photography in Chicago; the Yale University Art Gallery in New Haven, Connecticut; and MASSArt Rare Book Library in Boston, Massachusetts.
